The Best Cheese Dip Ever…

If you’re a cheese lover you’ve got to try this. This Blanco cheese dip will have you wanting more. It’s warm, cheesy, and the best cheese dip I’ve tasted!! I promise that you’re going to love it!!

This restaurant-style white cheese dip is the kind you’ll crave. I know because we have a restaurant near us that inspired us to make the exact thing at home. It was kind of a trial and error to get it right, but I’m happy to say it tastes pretty darn close. Maybe even better!! This recipe is simple. You’ll only need 4 ingredients to make this pot of delicious cheesy goodness. I’m telling you your taco Tuesday needs it!!

It’s our favorite!!

We love making this cheese dip whenever we make nachos. It’s even good on tacos too and especially our favorite way is to eat it with chips. Let me tell you… if you make this they will come 😁. When my kiddos smell it cooking they know and come running!! They are always asking for this cheese dip! It was our excuse to eat out but now we can easily make it at home. That is why my friends I’m sharing this recipe! I want everyone to enjoy this deliciousness!!

It’s so simple!!

You can also call this cheese dip a Blanco sauce because you’ll be using American cheese. The cheese is white. One key thing is you’ll have to get the cheese from the deli. It seems to melt and give it the right consistency! I told you it’s simple, right? You will need American cheese, green chilis, milk, and garlic powder. I told you…EASY 😁. You’ll also need your favorite pot to melt it all together.

Blanco cheese dip ingredients

The Best Cheese Dip:

-1/2 pound of white American cheese (from the deli)

-1 can of diced green chilis

-1/4 tsp of garlic powder

-1/3 cup of milk

Melt and break up the cheese and cook in a saucepan until it melts. Add milk if it gets too thick!

Super simple!! Enjoy that cheesy goodness!!!
