&NewLine;<p>Who loves Brussels sprouts&quest; I know I do&comma; and so does my family&period; So when we see it on a menu at a restaurant&comma; we usually will consider ordering it&period; And that is exactly where we got the inspiration for this dish&excl; <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>One of our favorite things to do&comma; is to go out to eat&period; Not just anywhere&period; But go to a place&comma; that will inspire us&period; We love trying to figure out how the dish was made&comma; and what we think is in it&period; And how we can duplicate it&comma; or make something similar&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Last Sunday&comma; we ordered a crispy Brussels sprout dish&comma; where the Brussels sprouts were deep fried&period; And just like this one&comma; served with goat cheese&period; This dish definitely wasn’t the same&comma; but it sure gave us the inspiration to put this one together&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>We first made this recipe this past weekend&comma; for our thanksgiving celebration with my husband&&num;8217&semi;s family&period; It went over pretty well&excl; It definitely was delicious&excl;&excl; I know I went for seconds&&num;8230&semi;&&num;8230&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>The simple steps to create this dish&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<ul class&equals;"wp-block-list">&NewLine;<li>Roast the Brussels sprouts on a sheet tray&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Whip your goat cheese and spread on a platter&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Pour your roasted Brussels sprouts on top of the goat cheese&period; <&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Last step&comma; drizzle with honey&period; Make sure they are coated&excl;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Now your ready to eat&excl;&excl;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>Ingredients you’ll need&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<ul class&equals;"wp-block-list">&NewLine;<li>3 packs of Brussels sprouts &lpar;or enough to fill a sheet tray&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Olive oil<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Salt and pepper<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Fresh goat cheese &lpar; log form&comma; not crumbles&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Heavy cream<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Honey <&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Fresh rosemary <&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>Let’s cook&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>First you’ll need to remove any bad leaves from your Brussels sprouts&comma; and cut the stems off&period; Then wash and dry them&comma; arrange them on a sheet tray and drizzle with olive oil&comma; toss and sprinkle with salt and pepper&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<figure class&equals;"wp-block-image"><img src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cityfoodiefarm&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2019&sol;12&sol;img&lowbar;0476-2&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" class&equals;"wp-image-817"&sol;><&sol;figure>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Cook on 425 degrees for 20-30 mins&period; Once crispy&comma; take then out and let them cool&period; Now it&&num;8217&semi;s time to get your goat cheese ready&period; Put the goat cheese in a bowl&comma; and mix in a little heavy cream&comma; and whip your goat cheese&period; Then add chopped rosemary&comma; salt and pepper&period; The heavy cream will thin out your cheese&comma; so you can spread it on a platter&period; Then add your Brussels sprouts and drizzle with honey until they are coated&period;
