Food and memories…

&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Since Thanksgiving is right around the corner&comma; I&&num;8217&semi;ve really been thinking about food and how it creates memories&period; It&&num;8217&semi;s fun to think back at Thanksgivings throughout the years&period; The ones from childhood&comma; and growing up&period; And the ones with my husband’s family&period; And those thanksgivings as a married couple and now with kids&period; Wow&comma; there are a lot of great memories&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Holidays are always changing&period; Especially when you grow up and have your own family&period; You never really realize in the moment that what your experiencing now&comma; won&&num;8217&semi;t ever be the same&period; Sure&comma; we can try and create traditions to try and keep it the same&period; But like it or not&comma; life is always changing&period; But I do love traditions and doing my best to keep them alive&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">My mom is usually the one to host Thanksgiving&comma; and I&&num;8217&semi;m so thankful for that&excl; Of course&comma; I love finding new recipes but nothing beats the classic thanksgiving meal I grew up with&period; It&&num;8217&semi;s my favorite&excl; Just like her Italian spaghetti and meatballs&period; There is something that is so comforting&period; Thank you mom&excl;&excl; <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">It&&num;8217&semi;s all about food creating those memories&period; I hope with my children&comma; I can create those memories too&excl;&excl; What is your favorite food memory&quest; It sure is fun to think about&&num;8230&semi;&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<figure class&equals;"wp-block-image"><img src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cityfoodiefarm&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2019&sol;11&sol;img&lowbar;0200&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" class&equals;"wp-image-538" &sol;><figcaption>My favorite thanksgiving meal <&sol;figcaption><&sol;figure>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">The one dish I absolutely love and wanted to share with you is my mom’s creamed corn&&num;8230&semi; She texted me her recipe&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mom’s cream corn&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Typically 2 cans creamed style corn&comma; 1&sol;3 of a sleeve of crackers&comma; crushed&comma; 1 egg&comma; 1&sol;3 cup of milk&comma; salt and pepper&period; Mix and bake till it’s not runny&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Happy traditions&comma;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">❤️April<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph"><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;
