Wild Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Wild Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Need a change for breakfast?

This Wild Blueberry Smoothie Bowl just might what your looking for. It’s not only healthy but this wild blueberry smoothie bowl is so delicious! Plus smoothie bowls are so easy to make. They are not just for breakfast. They can be consumed at any point in your day, and they just might replace your favorite ice cream. Smoothie bowls are cold and creamy just like ice cream and you can add any topping of your choice.

This week I tried my first one and I am now hooked! My little one loves them too! I guess I think of food as art, so I feel like with these smoothie bowls you can really get creative. It’s fun for kids too. If you love smoothies like me, this will be simple for you to make.

The only thing is have to love bananas. If your a fan then smoothie bowls are for you! I only ask because my husband hates bananas. Well… maybe hate is a little harsh. He doesn’t love them like me.

I’m always buying bananas, and sometimes they ripen too quickly for me to eat. But I have a solution. Make sure to swoop in before someone throws them away. Remove the peel and place them in a ziplock bag and into the freezer they go! Why throw them away. Bananas are so healthy and useful even when they are frozen. They are the best in smoothies and now I’ve discovered another use…Nice Cream. And I’ll fill you in later about this wonderful treat!
